Ordering

After you have placed an order with us, we will send you an email notification. This notification is your confirmation that your order has gone through and will be processed. The email will contain all the information on your shopping cart, as well as an order number for reference. You can of course email us at admin@kiernanoil.ie to enquire about your order.

Payment & Online Security

We are fully committed to providing full security. We accept most major credit cards and for offline purchases will accept Personal Cheques and Bank Transfers. As exchange rates around the world vary, all payments to Kiernan Oil Ltd must be in Euros. We can assure you that your information is kept safe & secure, from your online shopping basket to the goods arriving at your home. A secure encryption protects all your details during the shopping process. When placing an order by Credit Card, the address given must be the same as that registered with your credit card company. Please note that we never disclose customer information to any third party, other than the information necessary to ensure delivery of your order.
